    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, the information given didn’t work.

    I have this image on the screen you said to see credit I can’t even see it as it had a picture on top fading background “🚀 Unlock the Power of Content AI:” I had previously clicked on it to buy AI credits.
    How can I send you a screenshot if that helps you understand what I’m saying?

    Can you please confirm if you can see the correct number of credits you purchased from here: http://rankmath.com/my-account/websites.

    If you can see the correct number of credits here like in the image above and can not see it on your site, then this is a problem with the syncing of information between rankmath.com and your website. Disconnecting and then reconnecting your account should mostly resolve this

    Kindly follow these steps:
    1 . Please verify that you’re running the latest versions of the Rank Math plugin. According to the Rank Math changelog https://rankmath.com/changelog, the current version of Rank Math Free is v1.0.201.1.

    2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

    5 . After doing this, refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits.

    I don’t know if it’s the same account to be honest. I just used the link on the wp admin area on tank math. How ever the rank math was originally added by an website developer.

    No AÍ credits show anywhere.

    Looks like you are on a Business Plan that belongs to your WordPress developer.

    The WordPress developer is the the Business Plan subscription owner and they have activated Rank Math PRO on your site using their account.

    However when you clicked to purchase Content AI Credits you purchased it from your own Rank Math account which is a Free account.

    Now since the site is connected to the developer’s account you are unable to see the credits in your WordPress dashboard.

    Initially to proceed with a resolution to this issue, we request you to share the following :

    1 . Email id used by your developer to activate the Rank Math PRO plugin on your website.

    2 . Your email id, that you used to create this ticket or purchase the credits.

    3 . Purchase Invoice for the credits that you bought recently.

    We will be able to verify the account and proceed with further investigation once we have this nformation.

    The login details you provided lacks credentials to check Rank Math settings and Plugin versions. Please temporarily update the user to Administrator for us to check the site.

    Alternatively, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and refresh Content AI connections:

    1. Clear the Rank Math Transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Transients:
    Transients

    2. Disconnect and Reconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    3. Refresh Content AI credit: Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

    We can verify that you do have Content AI Starter plan with 7500 credits on your Rank Math account.

    The issue here is that you seem to have a PRO plugin installed on your website which is also updating, causing a mismatch of the version between the PRO and Free plugin.

    Since your account is currently using a Free plan, can you please confirm if you have purchased a PRO subscription using another account? If you have, please share the email address you used to purchase the plan here so we can verify it.

    Right now, I have activated the Content AI using this account of yours:

    However, it is now on the Free plan so if you are able to locate your PRO plan, please share it here with us so we can merge that account with your Free account to avoid further confusion in the future.
