    hello, i am trying to link rankmath to my gmail account, and it wont work, i am using brave server. my website is (BELOW) please let me know what i can do, as im trying to get this started asap. getting started, it wont recognise my site or hp address as (BELOW).. my email is (BELOW) im not entirely sure if there was another registered through wordpress when creating the website, my contactable email which i presume you already have when signing up etc is also below incase..

    you have already sent this, ive already replied telling you that the tutorial did not work, and asked you if you can check my website diversedan.com can i be in contact with someone else who will help properly please? or can you check. have you checked to see if its all good on your sysem or not bothered? or is this all ai responce?

    WHAT THE HELL IS A FTP LOGIN? I DONT KNOW THIS SHII.. COME ON PLEASE IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS VERY BASIC WEBSITE DONE FOR WEEKS, EVERYTHING KEEPS GETTING IN THE WAY. THE TUTORIAL SAID THERE COULD BE PROBLEMS, THE SEARCH CNSOLE NEVER COMES UP WITH MY WEBSITE.. IT SAYS SEO IS CONNECTED BUT HOW CAN IT BE, THERES SOMETHING REAL WRONG.

    We sincerely apologize for the confusion, it was not our intention to.

    You can ignore the FTP part for now and only send us your WordPress login, if we really need it, we will ask for it.

    That said, FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol and it is an advanced way to see all the files and folders on a website. Most Hosting companies provide a File Transfer Protocol service to their customers. If you are unsure how to get your FTP login, you should ask your hosting company for help.

    Regarding the other message you saw, that was from another customer, not from our support team. Rank Math FREE forum is open and public, so other users can see the topics and also contribute to them. Messages from our support team will be indicated by a “Support Staff.

    hello? see his is why im telling you its prey damn bad, this format, its been fddd for days nopw, its a 5 minute fix im sure, but these back and forth messages and he time difference. im in mexico, where are you? you asking me what i need to do and sar he priocess again, and ive already old you. so why on earhh do i have o repeat my quesion and explain whats wrong. ive told you already, this tells me your not reading my messages,

    now i cant access the dashboard or he website wont even work, wha is going on? ive no even posted a blog yet, the site is supposed to be live, but now i can even get into he login ..

    We have been able to access your site with the details you shared in the sensitive data section, and we can see that you have not connected your website and analytics with Rank Math. If you can not access your site please clear your browser’s cache and try to access it again.

    Back to the issue, you should be able to connect your website with your email address. Please follow the steps below to do that.

    You can connect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply connect your account by clicking on Connect Now.

    4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

    Your website will now be connected to your Rank Math account and you should see that here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/
