Connecting two email addresses to my client’s pro account

    Hi!

    My client inex.net recently purchased a subscription to rankmath. To help manage this account, we need to request the connection of two email addresses to this/his PRO account. Please see below for the email address information. Thank you!

    In the Sensitive Data section of the ticket, please enter the email address(es) you want to connect to the PRO account. If you are merging accounts, select one of the emails as your preferred email address. Additionally, include the email address used to purchase the PRO plan or a screenshot of the invoice received from FastSpring.com.

    Here’s a quick guide on how to submit a ticket:

    1. Navigate to the Rank Math Support Forum to open a ticket.
    2. In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue.
    3. Provide more details in the Ticket Question section.
    4. Fill in the Sensitive Data section with the required email addresses.
    5. Click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.

    Sorry, but we can’t associate two emails for a single Rank Math account at the moment. If you wish to manage your client’s subscription, you’ll have to get the login information from them.

    We apologize for any confusion regarding connecting multiple email addresses to a single Rank Math PRO account. Currently, only one email can be associated with an account.

    Two accounts with different email addresses can be merged but even then a primary email address has to be chosen and the other discarded.

    For collaborative access, we recommend securely getting the login details from your client.
