connect to existing account

    I already have Rankmath set up, connected and working for groundfloorpartners.com.
    It was set up by my tech consultant, Patryk Stanczak. I can access it through my wordpress account.
    But I am not the “owner” of the rankmath account so I cannot upgrade to the pro version.

    How do I connect my new Rankmath login (Andrew Clarke, a******@g**********************) to this account? I want to upgrade to the pro version of Rankmath. I have done a lot of configuration in rankmath already and do not want to lose that by disconnecting and then setting up a new account.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support today and bringing your concern to our attention.

    You would need to log in to your Rank Math account where the PRO subscription is applied and re-activate the plugin by disconnecting and reconnecting it in Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.

    When reconnecting your account, this should not delete all your existing data settings.
