    Hi.

    We have two websites.
    http://www.jongensvandephotobooth.nl and http://www.photoboothhuren.amsterdam

    On this account, only http://www.photoboothhuren.amsterdam is visible.
    The other is not here. But that is weird, because in our WordPress of jongensvandephotobooth.nl we have access to our RankMath PRO. We have bought it. This is the info on the invoice:

    With the details you provided, we can see a Content AI purchase on your account however, we can’t see your subscription to PRO version.

    If you have purchased the PRO version using some email address, can you please share that with us so we can locate your account?

    I still don’t get it.

    So this account has 150 AI Credits, thats fine. Thats indeed the invoice.

    But than, please inform me on the website http://www.jongensvandephotobooth.nl
    That is also our website. And we have MathRank Pro in there.

    But is this account, I only says that the website: photoboothhuren.amsterdam is connected. So to which account or email account is the jongensvandephotobooth.nl website connected?

    I do not get it. Maybe there are two accounts?

    Yes, the website is connected to a different email address. I have added the Rank Math PRO account email address in the sensitive data section.

    Alternatively, we can merge both of your accounts so you can consolidate all of them into a single account. Please confirm which is your preferred email address in the sensitive data section and we will do the needful.
