    Hello Rank Math Team,

Can you confirm if Rank Math is getting disconnected on its own from our Google Services or if there’s a setting on our side to make sure it stays connected? We’ve approved the connection multiple times and will frequently go into the Analytics dashboard within Rank Math and not see our Google accounts connected.

    Thank you,

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with Rank Math disconnecting from your Google Services. It can be frustrating when connections are lost unexpectedly.

To ensure that Rank Math remains connected to your Google account, please follow these steps:

    1. Test Connections: Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and click on the Test Connections option. This will help you validate the existing connections. A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates an issue.

    2. Reconnect if Necessary: If you see a red signal, try reconnecting your Google account by following the steps outlined in our documentation. You can find more details on how to reconnect here.

    3. Check for Glitches: Sometimes, disconnections can occur due to glitches in the Google Analytics connection. If the problem persists after reconnecting, it may be beneficial to check for any error logs or issues that could be affecting the connection.

If you continue to experience disconnections despite following these steps, we recommend replying to this ticket so a human agent from our support team can assist you further.

Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to resolve it for you soon!
