Unfortunately, offering support to integrate tailor-made plugins into our plugin is outside the scope of Rank Math support.
Having said that, we noticed that you are using the Select2 library for that select box and that might be conflicting with some JavaScript from Rank Math, so we recommend that you check the implementation of that and possibly switch to another library to see if it’s compatible.
If you end up finding some issue with our plugin we can definitely look into it, but we would need some more information about it to debug from our end. As of now, our plugin obeys the WordPress recommended guidelines.
Alternatively, you can disable Rank Math on those CPTs and see if you can get around the issue.
