Hi,
The plugin has a conflict with all Persian date calendars available on the WP repository. When I activate the Persian/Jalali date plugins, I got an error. Also, after the activation, javascript on the dashboard page doesn’t load properly.

If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
