There is a mention of the Plugin in the RankMath documentation where I came to know about it.
Here is a url where I have used a table of contents by Fixed TOC plugin through a shortcode ‘[toc]’ but is not visible. https://bihog.com/upsc-ies-indian-economic-service/
But when I deactivated the RankMath for testing the table of content was visible as you can see in the screenshot https://prnt.sc/n1wzt4
Please resolve the issue at the earliest so that I can use both the plugins.

Hello,
You were using toc shortcode in Meta description which was causing the problem. To fix it, I logged into your site and I changed the meta description of the page. The Table of Content now appears on the frontend.
