Conflict with Elementor/EA Login Page Broken

After troubleshooting with both Elementor and Essential Addons for Elementor and then also contacting my hosting provider for assistance as well, it’s been determined that RankMath conflicts with a page built with Elementor and Essential Addons for Elementor.

My user login and registration page is broken when RankMath is enabled. The page redirects and will not allow it to show any login form info. Once RankMath is disabled, the page and a broken version of the form appears. I’m not sure what else could be to blame except that maybe the page and coding is now corrupted after the conflict since disabling all other plugins didn’t result in a repaired user login/registration page. Both an Essential Addons for Elementor agent and myself rebuilt the login/registration page multiple times but it is still broken.

    (See login details attached.)

    Please advise.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I checked your website, and the login page is not loading even when Rank Math is disabled.

Check the screencast in the sensitive data section.

Please check if there is some other plugin conflict.

You can follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Also, there is an update available for Elementor plugins, please update all the plugins and themes on your website and see if that fixes the issue.

    Hope this helps.

We look forward to helping you.

I watched the screencast you sent.

The reason that didn’t work for you was because there’s a redirect on the login page. The login/registration page is only visible to users who are logged out. Since you are already logged in, you can’t see that page because it automatically redirects you to the home page.

You have to check it on a browser where you aren’t logged in.

On another note, Essential Addons thinks that there’s a conflict with BuddyPress. I’m contacting them for additional info, but still believe that you need to double check the conflict with your plugin since there’s a definite difference between what’s visible when your plugin is enabled and when it’s disabled.

By the way, Elementor and Essential Addons for Elementor have been updated and that did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Please take another look.

    Hello,

You had created a redirection rule that was redirecting the login page URL to itself and creating an infinite loop. That’s why the page wasn’t working:

I have removed the redirection rule and now the page is working fine.

Please check and let us know if you need any other assistance.
