This issue is related to Rank Math PRO. You have opened this ticket with a free account, do you mind sharing your Rank Math PRO account details (Invoice number). Next, make sure you are logged in to your Rank Math PRO account before trying to activate Rank Math. Once you have activated Rank Math PRO and connected the correct Rank Math account to your website, you should be able connect your correct account email address.
