With Rank Math PRO, you can maximize the EDD Product Schema automatically being added to your downloads. You can use the Advanced Editor and save it as a Schema Template. Also, you can easily validate the EDD Product Schema using the Code Validation tool.

Additionally, just to clarify, if I understand correctly, the Complete EDD SEO adds the ability to use schema to define additional attributes that show up as rich snippets, as opposed to the free version, which cannot add any?
For instance, if I sell sound libraries, I could create schema for “price”, “size”, “number of files”, etc etc. And this data added will show up as rich snippets in SERPs?

Yes, with the PRO version of Rank Math, you can easily create a custom schema and attributes as per your requirements, and search engine bots would be able to easily understand them.

However, as shown in my colleague’s reply, after creating the custom schema, please ensure to test it with Google’s Rich Results testing tool (or from the link under the code validation tab) to sure that everything is in the supported format.
