Rank Math or any content analysis plugin only analysis the content which is stored in the post_content field in the posts table. I checked the above links, the word count is showing the correct count. Please see the screencast in the Sensitive Data Section.
It looks like you are showing content from other pages like FAQ, About Us in the pages which is not the part of the current post content as its content is not managed from the current post.

That helps a lot. It seems we were using a landing page … so the content was not in the post_content.
I restructured the pages and now it seems the content is counted propertly.
But there is still one thing I do not know if it is ok…
for instance in this url https://www.comprar-mejor-smartwatch.com/smartwatch-deportivo/ the plugin tells me this ´We couldn’t find any internal links in your content.´ But if you see inside, you can find more than one internal link inside some buttons. Is there anything I am doing wrong also here?

I see what you mean. And you are right, I´ve also seen that there is not link in wp-posts table for the post with id 706.
But my question here is… the integration with the plugin thrive themes is total? I say this because as you can see in

So… Am I suppose to do something special to allow Rank Math plugin to see the links added using thrive theme styled box?

I see the referenced links above are added using the button shortcode of Thrive Architect which Rank Math plugin is not recognizing. Currently, Rank Math’s Content Analysis only supports the content added in a form of standard HTML. Our Development Team is working on extending the Content Analysis API, and once it is ready, all this data will be included in the Content Analysis.
Other plugins/theme developers, like Thrive Architect, can then tap into the new API and make their plugins compatible.
