First of all, there is no definite right or wrong way to do this. It all depends on your site and preferences.
If you are using normal WordPress pages you can go for tags or categories for your Jewelry posts. You can then tag each post differently.
If you have them as WooCommerce Products, it would be easier to use product variations and attributes, here is a link you can check on this

In WooCommerce for that option i have to buy plugin or their is another way to do it …

With WooCoomcer, you do not need to buy an additional plugin to create variations of your product.

my mean is can i show variable product as single product…
please check the first point in this plugin , in shop page if customer will see options instead of add to cart that is less meaningful. can i do that changes in any other way ?

Even though the product variations are shown as separate products, they are still added into WooCommerce as a variable product and therefore you can optimize the product in WooCommerce as just another variable product.
