Client using Rank Math SEO Pro crashes hosting when enabled

    I have a client that is using Rank Math SEO Pro. This is their website: https://www.cellarbrationsballarat.com.au/

    The problem is when I turn off debug mode for WordPress and Rank Math is enabled then the hosting outputs a 500 error.

    These are the errors from the logs:

    I’ve checked your site, and it seems that you’re using Rank Math PRO but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Regarding the issue, the open_basedir is a server configuration. The message means that the file rank-math-en_US.mo at location seo-by-rank-math/languages/rank-math-en_AU.mo is not under the allowed path.
