Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Then clear the website cache and remove all the sitemaps from the Search Console and add sitemap_index.xml again and wait for Google to crawl the sitemap.

What actually happening is, I can see the sitemap in http URL but not in https url. This is because in WordPress settings–>General–> WordPress url , it showing http. And rank math is showing sitemap url with https.
You can check http://creativesea.in/sitemap_index.xml –> this has site map
But not this https://creativesea.in/sitemap_index.xml –>The rank math site map url.
SO you what would you suggest? Should I change the url to https in WordPress general settings or I should make a new property in google console and add http site map url?

I can see the sitemap on both the URLs, with and without HTTP.
Please change the link in WordPress settings to HTTPS as the final URL of your website is with HTTPS.
Then, re-save the permalinks and sitemap settings (without changing anything), clear your website cache, and check the sitemap again.
The HTTP version should redirect to the HTTPS version of the URL.
