    Hi Pasquale,

Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Could you please confirm the focus keyword you are using?

Have you tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin?

Let us know so we can help you better.

    Thank you.

I tried to disable and re-enable the plugin …. but nothing has changed. What do you mean: Could you please confirm the focus keyword you are using?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

The PHP warning might be related to some special characters that are in use on the page that is reporting the warning.
If you have a staging area reporting the same, I can suggest that you enable debugging mode so that the warning can be visible on the affected page/post.

We will then be able to help further.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

For customers and site visitors, it is not nice to see debugging. Is there anything else I can do?

    Hello,

Yes, if you can build a sub WordPress installation with a duplicate of the site as a staging site, we could debug it there (so no clients and customers would see it.

You can find some nice tutorials teaching you how to create a staging version of your website here: https://blogvault.net/wordpress-staging-site/

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

I cannot see any errors on the frontend pages.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include the FTP & WP logins for the staging site in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

Yes indeed …. you can see the problem in the php_errorlog file

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

The errors on your error log suggest that you may be using some focus keywords with some accents or illegal characters that are not yet supported.
Could you please share the focus keyword on the last post that you created or share WP-logins so that we can check first hand?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

It looks like some of your pages are using very long focus keywords that contain apostrophes which is causing the error such as this one:
Tobacco shop pordenone online sale of men's accessories Cigar Cigarettes Pipe Leather Goods Pens Lighters

I can suggest that you remove the special characters to fix this.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
