Hello,
We apologize for any confusion regarding the use of FAQs. It’s great to hear that you’ve created a main FAQ page for your customers!
Adding FAQs to product pages can be beneficial as it allows you to address specific questions related to each product directly on the product page. This can enhance user experience by providing quick answers without needing to navigate away from the product they are interested in. While the main FAQ page covers general inquiries, product-specific FAQs can help clarify details unique to each item, such as shipping, returns, or specific features.
If you feel that the questions on your product pages would overlap significantly with those on your main FAQ page, you can still tailor them to be more specific to each product. This way, you ensure that customers get the most relevant information right where they need it.
If you have further questions or need assistance with setting up the FAQ Schema for your products, feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

Just checking if the human agent needs more clarification on this? As I notice this still has not received a response as yet.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
You don’t need to repeat all FAQs on product pages if they’re already on your main FAQ page. However, adding a few product-specific FAQs directly on product pages can be helpful for customers and search engines.
It really comes down to preference and what best serves your visitors. If the same FAQs are already well covered on your main FAQ page, you don’t need to repeat them on every product page. But if there are unique or highly relevant questions for a specific product, then adding them directly on the product page is definitely a good idea.
We hope that is helpful, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our help with anything else.
Hi Adetayo, ah thanks very much 😊, as that provides a lot more clarification than what I saw from Jack mention via the YouTube, which he posted a few days ago about it.
