    I’m not able to use the chat and any of the ai tools inside RankMath Content AI.

    Hello, we’re sorry to hear that you’re facing issues with using the chat and AI tools inside Rank Math’s Content AI.

    To use the chat feature, you can navigate to the Chat tab from the Content AI panel. Here, you can engage with RankBot, which offers a variety of pre-defined prompt templates for different use cases. You can also input your own prompts directly in the text area, keeping the character count below 2000.

    For the AI tools, you can find over 40 different tools available within both the Classic and Block editors. In the AI Tools section, select any tool of your choice, fill in the relevant fields, and click the Generate button to create content.

    We can see that you have consumed all your free credits this month. Credits will reset on November 24th.

    Please note that the feature of free Content AI credit is limited to AI generation using AI tools and AI generation inside the editor.

    Content AI Research, Editing Bulk SEO Meta, and Multiple Sessions in RankBot will not work for users without a separate plan.
