    Hi!

    It appears I have two accounts with you, resulting in a double charge for the same service. Even though I have only one WP account, I’ve managed to have two accounts with you for some reason. Would you be able to please cancel this subscription and refund the $110.24 I was billed today, Aug 15 and cancel the service for this account? I will only keep the other account. Please see below the details.

    The other account I have is on e**********@g******** where I have a subscription for 2 services: Rank Math SEO for $95.88/year and Content AI for $59.88/year.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
