I was charged for PRO subscription renewal even though I don’t have any active RankMath subscriptions.
I would like to request a refund.I have 2 accounts listed in “Sensitive Data” section.
None of them have active subscriptions at the moment, even though I was charged for renewal.
In 2021 I have migrated PRO subscription from account 1 to account 2 and then subscription renewal has been cancelled on May 26, 2022. You could see related support tickets on account 2 for more details.
