I found the solution to my problem. It’s because of the “Capitalize titles” option.
This makes the “&” read as “&Amp;” instead of “&” which creates the display bug.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
We’re unable to replicate this issue on our test install when the Capitalize title option is enabled.
Could you please confirm if you have already updated your Rank Math plugin to its latest version?

We’ve asked since we recently fixed an issue with that option for accented characters.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
I confirm that I have the latest version available (Version 1.0.102). I think that the problem occurs when in the title there is written “&” in all letters and not just “&”. The “a” in “&” is capitalized. For the moment I just disabled the option “capitalize titles”.
