You can change your homepage meta description by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage.
If it is a static page, you will see a message like this one:
You just need to click on it and edit the SEO Meta Description as I show you in this screencast:

Yes I can change the home page from the global settings, however if you try to change the sound therapy for dyslexia page you will find that you can not change the meta description from the edit snippet page.

I need different descriptions for each page and can not do them at present.
I have tried re-installing but I have the same issue. Yes I can change the meta description in the global home page but I can not access the descriptions when I go to the pages.

Hi there I have got it to work but only by pasting in the meta description box first. It seems to default to not being able to type in it till I copy and paste.
I am using firefox and have tried chrome. What browser are you using.
