I’ve deactivated all the plugins and still not working. I even updated to the last version of rank math witch came out just a few hours ago.

I’ve checked your site and replicated this issue upon saving the keyword:
api-fetch.min.js?ver=134e23b5f88ba06a093f9f92520a98df:2 GET https://triumphromania.ro/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta/?_locale=user 404
That error is usually caused when something is blocking access to the WordPress API REST.
In this case, please contact your web host and check if something is blocking the WordPress API REST. Please also ask them to check the Firewall Settings and whitelist the updateMeta rule.

The issue was solved by clearing the tables in php. There was a lot of revisions to the database and somehow it intervenes with the plugin.
