I can check that you are using the PHP templates in your child theme to add content to your pages. The content analysis runs the test in your post editor and since there is no actual content present on your page inside the editor, you are failing those tests.

Having said that, the SEO score is only for your reference and doesn’t affect your site’s SEO performance. So can simply ignore those tests if you are not going to add any content using the page editor.
