I’ve flushed my cache – redis and super cache, nothing have changed. The canonical URL seems fine but again, in the backend, I get the wrong serpURL. I’ve added a few examples in the sensitive data field.

Yes this is expected behavior, you should also change the search results post title URL when you modify the post permalink. Rank Math will preserve the SEO settings that you had set before.
