1. Since the old URL is crawled by google and showing in the search result when I look for it, meanwhile, the new URL is also visible. The simple question is whether I should remove old URL using google console Remove feature or not. (although I have already removed it) Just want to confirm it.
2. I have checked the site map, the Disclaimer is not there yet. I have shared the url please check.

It is safe to remove old URLs from GSC but if these old URLs are frequently visited before, it might lead to 404 as many old users might still be accessing these URLs.
You may remove those old URLs from GSC and set up a redirection using Rank Math to your new URL, this way, you will avoid 404 which is bad for SEO.
With regards to your Disclaimer page that is still not present in your Sitemap, please follow this guide:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
