i want to change the woo base permalink from “/product/” to “/p/”
how should I set up a redirect to redirect old external links to my site to the new URL?

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. To change the WooCommerce base permalink from "/product/" to "/p/", you can follow these steps:
- Go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Rank Math SEO → General settings.
- Scroll down to the WooCommerce tab.
- Toggle the Remove Base option to On and click on "Save Changes".

Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and under the “Product permalinks”, you should be able to set the desired product single URL base.
As for redirecting it, WordPress should automatically create the redirection rule for it or you may apply this redirection rule in our plugin:
