If the browser returns an "Oops! That page can’t be found" error, it means the username is available. If it returns a profile page, then the username is unavailable.
Once you confirm that the username is available, please open a ticket requesting the change to the Rank Math Support team, and they will assist you further.

Yes, we can change your username. To check if your preferred name is available, open your profile URL and try to change the name: https://support.rankmath.com/users/username1/
If changing username1 to [preferred nickname] shows a profile instead of a Page Not Found error, then it means the username is taken.
Please note that usernames can’t have spaces and special characters.
