If the sale isn’t showing up for you, the user might have used someone else’s link after they clicked on yours.

I see. Qell in this case it shows in the aff page but it’s says only pending as the status. My client just used my link I sent and signed up emedietly.

Hello,
The status reflects as pending because we have a 30-day money-back/refund policy in place. Affiliate earnings and referrals older than 30 days and in good standing (i.e. the purchase has not been refunded) will be included with each commission payout (if the commission balance totals $200 or over).
If a purchase is refunded, a commission won’t be paid out for that referral.
