    Hi, I upgraded my subscription to PRO however I was signed in into my personal account
    I would like to switch my business account

    Can you help?

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your subscription email. To change the email connected to your PRO account, you will need to contact our support team to merge both accounts or change the email associated with your PRO plan.

    Please reply to this ticket and include the email address you want to connect to your PRO account. If you have any screenshots of the invoice from your purchase, that would be helpful as well.

    No I d not wish to merge these 2 accounts. Can you please just cancel this subscription and refund me? I will re subscribe on the correct account. thank you!

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
