Change responsible party

    I am transferring my RM and RM Pro accounts from my marketing firm LimbCo to my account as administrator and responsible party. When logging in, I do not see how to assign http://www.phantomlighting.com to my login listed in sensitive data. Can you help straighten this out? Please advise how to do.

    For your website to appear in your Rank Math account, you will have to connect it to your account from your WordPress dashboard.

    I disconnected and reconnected using my login credentials as instructed. It says that I don’t have an active subscription for Rank Math SEO PRO. I have paid version 2.2.0 installed. Limb co paid for the service and the code is on my website. The pro features are displaying in my dashboard and are active. Can you fix this? It was purchased by Limb co as my webmaster. How do I update the billing address and credit card information.

    Also, the search results is showing ZERO and has been for some time.

    Could you please follow the below steps?

    Step 1: Update to the latest version of Rank Math PRO manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/
    Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
    Step 3: Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase. Here is a KB to help you along the way as well: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/

    That should fix the issue.

    For search results, check if your website is set to index at Rank Math > Global Meta > Robots Meta > check index checkbox.
    Head over to page/post > SEO Settings > Advanced settings > Check index check box.
