The reason you are seeing that URL like that is because the breadcrumb is referring to has that URL. We tried to access that page with the slug you set up for it but still couldn’t do it:

This is not an issue with Rank Math breadcrumbs but rather a permalinks issue on your website and our plugin is simply returning the permalink for that page as currently is.

The issue is only happening to that category of posts, so this would indicate that the category is corrupt and our plugin can’t detect it properly.
We would recommend that you delete that category completely, then re-create it and assign the posts you want to that category again.
