Change my username OR delete my account

Hello, is there a way to change my username OR to delete my account?

I don’t want my full name as my username. It could be “xpcoach” instead. Or if it is not possible, please delete this account “pierre leblanc” with e-mail address “m********@x*********” and I will create a new account.
