Yes, we can change your username. However, the nominated username is already taken.

To check if your preferred name is available, open your profile URL and try to change the name: https://support.rankmath.com/users/username1/

If changing username1 to [preferred nickname] shows a profile instead of a Page Not Found error, then it means the username is taken.

Please note that usernames can’t have spaces.

Lastly, it is also possible that you have another account with Rank Math, to avoid any confusion in the future, would you like to merge these two accounts?

If so, please tell us the preferred email address and we will do the needful.
