You can ask your friend to open the ticket or email us requesting the merging to this account and we’ll do the needful.

That option is not for Rank Math account data, rather, that is the import/export tool for your website settings data and other metadata. It doesn’t affect your Rank Math account data.
For us to move forward, you’ll have to contact your colleague and ask them to email us via this address s******@r*********** or simply create a ticket in this forum to request the merging of accounts.
We have to verify their approval first before we do such actions.
