First, you need to make sure that the plugin is not network-active. It should be active on the subsites separately. Second, please make sure that your Google account is connected with our plugin in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
Once done, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and Rebuild Index for Analytics. It will take some time for the process to complete based on the number of posts you have on your site. Once the process is complete, the IndesStatus data should be updated.
You can also start a complete new fetch for all the analytics data from WP Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending. Here you will see an action named rank_math/analytics/data_fetch. Run the action and a new data fetch will start.
