The images seem to be added successfully to your posts. The image URLs are added just as they are on your post pages. If you check any of your posts and view the source page, the images are listed with a CDN url. This is the same URL picked by Rank math and added to the post sitemap

Thank you for your reply! I got one last question, do you have any idea how long it takes before Google starts indexing the images from the ‘cdn.domain.com’ domain?
Like now it removed most of the images, but I was hoping it would be back since I added the cdn URL to the sitemap.

We don’t have an exact time since, you know, Google does what it wants always so it could be indexed tomorrow or in a few days.
But one thing is sure, since it is now fine (the URLs), it should be indexed.
