I checked your URL and its settings and they are set to be indexed as intended.
It is quite unclear why GSC might be reading them as noindex
in some instances. Please try the following:
1. Head to your site, clear any cache you may have and exclude your sitemap from being cached.
2. Confirm all your posts are added to the sitemap correctly by Going to yourdomain/sitemap_index.xml
3. Head back to your GSC and remove any submitted sitemaps. Resubmit only the main sitemap and give it some time to update and recrawl.
