I checked your URL on Google and the following is the screenshot:

The custom description you have added is too small(13 characters) which is likely the reason Google is ignoring it and using an excerpt of the page. We recommend that meta Description Should be greater than 80 and smaller than 160 characters

Do note Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.

Here are some of the common reasons Google might not use the meta description you provided:
– The meta description is not relevant or useful (ie, just a collection of keywords).
– The exact same meta description is provided across a large number of pages.
– The meta description doesn’t match what the user is searching for, but other content on the page does.

As you can see, Rank math is adding the correct title to your category page and the issue is coming from Google’s end.

Google is known to append Site title or site brand to the site pages. In your case it seems Google is reading Snack Video App Which Country as your site title or brand and therefore appending it to your pages. If you check your home page on Google, you will see that is the title Google is showing for your home ignoring custom title:
