Please make sure that the categories on your website are set to index.
Go to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Categories > Enable Category Archives Robots Meta > Check index checkbox

Once done, clear your website cache and check the sitemap.

now its working but my site has 7 catogories and my site-map is showing only 3 catogories, can you tell me how add all of my catogories in the site-map

Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
