Rank Math does not create a separate entry for your multi-lingual pages in the sitemap.

However, your translation plugin adds hreflang tag to other language pages within your page.

Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Rest assured that other language pages are presented to Google in the correct format as suggested by Google. You do not need a separate entry in the sitemap for each translated page.

As my colleague mentioned above, Google will be able to index all the pages even though the unique page link entries for the languages are not added to the sitemap.
This should not cause any worry.
