Category schema for Pages?

#224821
  • I have a new product that I am the manufacturer of
    I do have competitors but their product is old but the market knows it
    Im trying to create awareness and using RM, but Im getting crawled by Google but not indexed.
    The layout I have is Level 1 Coupling product
    Level 2 TSC500
    Level 3 TSC500 Auto TSC500 Ag, TSC500 Industrial, TSC500 Mine
    Level 4 Woo Product TSC500 Industrial 1″ Keyway
    each of these TSC500 items then become the Woo products then appear as each 4 of the TSC500 products then have connection variations ie TSC500 Industrial 1″ Keyway, 3/4″ Keyway, 1 1/4″ Keyway etc etc
    The Google warnings are brand and review, rating and GTIN and they are ALL Level 3 pages (above) (See the loom video below.

    The pages for brand and review are all Level 3 and I have set the Product schema in each product page, so they have brand and review but Google just doesnt see it that way.
    Can I set these as Category Pages (I know you do Post categories?)
    Otherwise what would you suggest I do as none of my products are listed as you see.

    Rank Math business

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.

    Rank Math takes the schema data from your product pages automatically and turns it into Schema-ready content. Likewise, the aggregateRating and review fields are taken from your actual product reviews that your buyers/customers leave on your products.

    If you don’t have any reviews yet, that is going to show up as a warning in the schema testing tool. That’s because Google will actually look for those fields.

    Please acquire some reviews and ratings to get rid of the aggregateRating and review warnings.

    To fix the brand warning, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce and choose from any of the available fields to use as your product’s brands.

    Brand Value

    If you want to use a custom value for your Brands, you can do that by using the following code in your theme’s functions.php file:

    // Add Brand for Products.
    add_filter( 'rank_math/snippet/rich_snippet_product_entity', function( $entity ) {
    $entity['brand'] = 'Rank Math';
    return $entity;
    });

    Replace the “Rank Math” text with your actual brand name then run your website through the Google’s Rich Results testonce again.

    With Rank Math PRO, you can fix the warning No global identifier provided by filling out these details. Here’s the link for your reference:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/gtin-mpn-woocommerce/

    However, please note that these are just warnings and optional values for the Product Schema.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you, and looking forward to helping you.
