We apologize for the issue you are facing with deploying SEO controls for product-category pages in WooCommerce. To enable the Rank Math SEO Meta Box for product categories, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Product Categories.
- Scroll down to the product category tab.
- Look for the Add SEO Controls option and toggle it to Activated.
Once activated, you should be able to access the snippet editor for your product-category pages. If you still encounter issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

We can replicate this issue with the last update of Rank Math (v1.0.227). However, this has already been reported to our development team, and we are working on a fix.
To fix this issue, you may rollback the plugin to the previous version by following the steps in this guide:

We have released a quick update that fixed the issue. Please update the Free plugin to the latest version on your site
If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients
Please clear your website caches after updating.
