because in product category, I can´t use 2 or more kw focus. and, didn´t consider image from acf field (alt image) and RM don´t analyze like articles, and others urls (in this case products) that redirect canonical for product category.

Thank you for the details.
Rank math only allows one keyword for taxonomy pages(categories, tags, etc). The reason for this is because there are no tests done on the secondary keyword for taxonomy pages. Most SEO data that is used to Rank categories on SERPs is usually from the included posts/in this case products. You will have to optimize the product pages themselves.
For Rank math to analyze content in your ACF fields, please enable the ACF module in Rank math dashboard.
