Category optimization problem

    Hello!
    Before when I started using rankmath seo I filled out the information in the list. I have optimized 100/100 points. But then I updated the new rankmath version and today I check it and see the same phenomenon as in the picture.
    What’s wrong with it and what should I do? I have tried to optimize the category again but it failed.

    Have you tried a hard refresh to clear cache JS and CSS file with the page in question opened?
    Windows: Ctrl + F5
    Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
    Linux: F5

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include the picture you refer to or record a screencast using Loom in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    I did these. But still not.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
