The category URLs you have shared are for posts. Rank Math can only remove the parent category in the slug for WooCommerce:

In this case, you can use a permalink plugin such as this one to achieve that: https://wordpress.org/plugins/permalink-manager/
On the other hand, Multiple URL length studies have shown that shorter URLs have a higher chance of ranking in the SERPs. Short URLs are simple, to the point, and specific enough to drive clicks.
You’ll just need to ensure that the previous URL is redirecting to the correct one after updating the permalinks.

Back to your concern, you can use any kind of plugin you want. But it looks like the plugin you’ve shared does the same thing as Rank Math. It will only remove the /category/ slug from your category URL. So your category URL will become like this: https://modzmania.com/apps/entertainment-apps/.
If you only want to remove the /category/ slug then you can easily do it by enabling the Strip Category Base option from Rank Math > General Settings > Links. But if you also want to remove your parent category /apps/ slug then you’ll have to use any external plugin.
