Is it possible to get access to the backend of this site we investigate this a bit further. We know you disable Rank math and https://alrayan-palast.de/product-category/schokolade/ links to the correct product page but could you make sure this is being caused by the plugin. Maybe run Rank math and woocommerce only. Disable WPML and wp rocket especially.
If it still happens then update the sensitive data section our response to this message with a username and password we can use to log into the backend.

Upon inspecting your website, I found that you are using static URLs on your homepage and you have enabled Remove The Base and Remove Category Base options from Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce. https://i.rankmath.com/ItIhAI
As you are using static URLs on the homepage so when you activate Rank Math, Remove The Base and Remove Category Base options start working, resulting in unexpected outcomes.
You can either update the links on the homepage or disable the Remove The Base and Remove Category Base options to fix the issue.
