Category Archive Title in SERP

    Hi Everyone,

I have an issue where my categories are indexed with the wrong title.
For example my category title and also h1 is “Fixing Fridges in Canada”
But the SERP shows my page indexed as “Canada Archive”.

When I inspect the page, there the following is visible:

    <!—Search Engine Optimization by RankMath—!>
    <title> Canada Archive </title>

Is there an option in RankMath where I can remove that?

    Hello,

I searched the page on Google and Google has indexed the SEO title as it appears in the title tag (in page source).

Please follow this guide to edit and update the SEO Title as per your requirement: https://rankmath.com/kb/seo-meta-tags/

Once done, please clear your website’s cache and give Google some time to crawl the website again and see if the title updates.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    Hi Thanks,

Unfortunately I am not able to do that because it’s not a post or page
It’s custom post type / taxonomy called “courses”

I have changed it to here: https://ibb.co/VMbG8wK
    Is that correct?
