You can set the Archive pages to noindex by going to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Categories/Tags > Enable Category/Tags Archives Robots Meta > Check noindex checkbox
Do note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in the Rank Math dashboard:

Could you please check it? You may also follow these steps if you are not seeing the same on your end:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. Lastly, clear your website and browser cache.
